Worried for nothing

So after not receiving a confirmation email after purchasing I was concerned especially after reading the other reviews. I sent an email and ended up calling they answered and let me know my item has shipped and was scheduled for delivery for the next day. It turns out all the emails they sent went to spam. After getting worried I would end up like other people us patriot ended up doing right by me. I would recommend them.

Just read to the end…

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of this company. I have been using them for a long time and every order I've placed with them has had some sort of issue along with it. As seen in numerous reviews, the lack of updates on their website is rather pathetic and suspend you in an anxious state as you wonder whether or not your order will ever ship.
On top of that, the most recent order I placed was left in limbo for 2 weeks so naturally I requested a status update via email. USPT never replied to my email so I then waited for 15 minutes on the phone to talk to a customer service rep. This man had the audacity to blame myself for not realizing the items I ordered were on back order even though the website posted them as in stock. He even went another step further to say that it should be my responsibility to call them every time I place an order to make sure that the item in question is in stock when it's as easy as updating their damn website.
So in short, the imbecile on the phone must not have received enough oxygen in the womb as a baby considering how stupid he sounded. Must be a common trend within the company seeing as how they neglect their website more than a father neglects their child after they go out to buy milk and cigarettes. Never buying from this company again. They'd get half a star if I could give them one.

Worst customer service EVER!

After waiting over a month, 4 unanswered emails and finally a phone call I had to cancel my order. Zero communication, zero customer service. Shop elsewhere.

Extremely long wait, minimal customer service

TLDR: took 5 months to get my order shipped, had to pester them with emails just to get an update on my order status
First off, they don’t tell you an item is out of stock until after you’ve already bought it. Otherwise I would’ve looked elsewhere. So I bought the sling in December, found out it was out of stock until February. February rolls around, so I check the status, still out of stock two weeks after it was supposed to be back in stock. Tried calling, they disconnected their phone “due to covid”. Sent several emails over the next few weeks, finally got a response in late March, they are behind “due to covid”, “items in high demand” blah blah. Sent several more emails throughout April without a response, finally got an email that my item shipped. Bottom line, you’re going to wait a REALLY long time to get your stuff, and you’re going to get MINIMAL service along the way.

Horrible order something paid for…

Horrible order something paid for product it has been three weeks. I emailed with no response I have called no response I can not even cancel my order or return it because it has not shipped yet after three weeks.

Bait and switch company

Bait and switch company. I ordered a barrel which was in stock at the time of purchase. One day later I get email telling me it's out of stock and if I would like to switch and order a different barrel which they specifically chose for me. No I want what I but for what the heck? At least I got I money back and not store credit.

Late order

Late order, bad customer service.
Was told when I ordered an item it would be back in stock Feb 1. Now over 2 months later, I am told it will be back in stock Apr 1. All emails and voicemails went unreturned.

Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them. I ordered boots a month ago from them and they still haven't shipped. They are not returning any of my emails or DM's on Instagram. This is so frustrating as I need my boots ASAP before ABU's are out of regulation. What an inconvenience and a giant scam!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Ordered back in December 24th 2020. Waited a couple weeks. No shipment. Tried calling and messaging, no response. I paid with PayPal so I filed a dispute on January 20th or so, escalated it to refund and low and behold, no shipping messages, no nothing. Checked my mail today on February 3rd 2021 and it was there. This company is a scam, they want to scam people. Do not buy from them. They should be investigated and locked up for fraud

Slowest Ever to Ship Items

I Purchased Some Items from US Patriot Tactical on 12/4/20, it is the 28th and there is still no sign of them ever shipping my order. I tried Calling them about a half dozen times to only get an automated response. I will keep waiting I guess. I can always get my Credit Card Company involved if it goes there. Last time I will ever buy anything from this company.

My experience

I will begin with telling you my initial experience was bad. Like really bad. However, the turnaround was a full 180°. The conflict has since been resolved and I am quite satisfied with the ultimate outcome. For me (a Specialist in the ARMY) I’ve been conditioned to wait, however the lack of automated feedback was something to behold.
After calling through the website and talking to a customer service rep; I was told that I would get an email and updates. This did not happen. I was charged for an order before it was processed. Weird, I know.
The next step I took was calling the manager at the local store on-post. Turns out she runs 5 stores, and she was as professional as she was helpful. She got me in touch with three corporate personnel and promised me resolution, which did in fact happen. One of those three personnel was Director of Retail Operations. He corrected the issue (my order was in limbo because it was not in stock and was not going to be because I had selected a color that did not exist). I got the same product in the alternate color. This was satisfactory because I was looking into the product for its function. Additionally, the company and its representatives were collectively very flexible and polite to me about the issue. I was offered store credit for my grievance and at no point when I went to redeem the before mentioned credit, did I feel judged or weird about doing so. The manager was eager to make sure I got all that was promised to me. I was also put in touch with a very nice representative to work out Next Day Air logistics.
All-in-all I will say this: The company would benefit tremendously by consulting with coders and their logistic teams to revisit the issues that exist on there website. The company itself is made up of professionals and their products are great. I will likely be shopping exclusively with Patriot Tactical for my tactical needs, because they’ve earned my respect and trust.

Shop somehwere else

Ordered an item back in September (now December). It never arrived. Multiple emails went unanswered. Trying to get money back through Paypal. Shop somewhere else
